2.4 KYC Verification. 7game6 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure. 3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active 7game6 account. Opening multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, 7game6 reserves the right to close all accounts except the first registered, and may withhold any balances pending investigation.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to promptly update such information if it changes. You must not impersonate any other person or use false details when registering. 7game6 shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You agree to notify 7game6 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 7game6 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to secure your login credentials.
3.4 Account Non-Transferability. Your 7game6 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any third party to access or use your account.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the 7game6 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a player's funding source operates in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 7game6 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online, BPI Online, and Metrobank Online. Supported methods are subject to change; the current list is always available in the cashier section of the Platform.
4.3 Deposit Conditions. Deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in your own name. 7game6 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. 4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. 4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. 7game6 complies with applicable Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities. 7game6 reserves the right to freeze funds and request supporting documentation where AML concerns arise.
5.1 General. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 7game6 are subject to these Terms and any additional terms specified at the time the offer is made. In the event of conflict, promotion-specific terms prevail over these general Terms with respect to that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 7game6 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Abuse includes, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer; placing bets that collectively cover all possible outcomes to fulfil wagering requirements; colluding with other players; or any other behaviour determined by 7game6 to be inconsistent with the spirit of a promotion.
5.4 Variation and Withdrawal. 7game6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, where required for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons.
6.1 Game Availability. The availability of any game or game category on the 7game6 Platform is subject to change without notice. Technical maintenance, provider licensing changes, or regulatory requirements may result in a game being temporarily or permanently removed.
6.2 Game Results. The results of all games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by the outcome of genuine real-money live dealer activity. Results are final once confirmed by the Platform system. In the event of a system malfunction or obvious error that produces an incorrect result, 7game6 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
6.3 Disconnection Policy. If a player is disconnected from the Platform during a game round, the round will be resolved according to the game's standard disconnection policy. 7game6 is not liable for losses incurred due to player-side connection failures.

7.2 Self-Exclusion. Any member may request voluntary self-exclusion for a specified period or permanently. 10.1 7game6 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable measures to ensure Platform availability and accuracy, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 7game6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming session resulting from connectivity failures on the player's end.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits 7game6's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal information is governed by the 7game6 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).
12.1 7game6 may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, where: (a) there is a suspected breach of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by law or regulatory direction; (c) we detect suspicious activity, fraud, or AML concerns; or (d) you request voluntary closure.
12.2 Upon account closure, any balance remaining after applicable deductions for bonus fund obligations, identified fraudulent amounts, or processing fees will be returned to you via your last verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completed KYC verification.
7game6 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered members via email or an on-platform notice prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the 7game6 Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to 7game6's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
